Trucks are tough and sturdy.They take on heavy loads,then thunder on their giant tires down long and busy roads.
卡车拖着他们沉重而又坚固的身躯在繁忙的道路上行驶着。
All trucks have a cab up front.
司机坐在里面，
The driver sits inside.The tank’s controls are all around,ready for the ride.
做好了开车的准备。所有卡车前面都有一个驾驶室。
The driver starts the engine and, when the way is clear,accelerates along the road and turns the wheel to steer.
司机启动发动机，当道路上没有别的车辆时，沿着道路加速并转动方向盘。
Some truck cabs have a bunk bed,a curtain,and a light to make a tiny bedroom where the driver sleeps at night.

A tanker carries liquids,so it’s sealed up good and tight.

This shiny tanker's full of milk,all creamy, cool, and white.

When traveling long distances,you’re on the road alone，so drivers keep in touch by CB radio or phone.

This truck has had a breakdown,but the driver didn’t panic.

He radioed around and found a handy truck mechanic.

Driving trucks is tiring,but you need to be awake.
驾驶卡车很累人，但你需要保持清醒。
So drivers park at truck stops for a meal or a break.

But look, We’ve reached the depot.We've made another run.
但是你看，我们到达了车站。我们又成功了。
The forklift starts unloading,and the foreman shouts,“Well done!”
铲车开始卸货，工头喊道：“干得不错！”
